Fluorescent Acrylic Sheets
Fluorescent acrylic sheets are colored transparent sheets cast from a high impact-resistant and light weight plastic that, due to their light transmitting capability, create a neon-like colorful effect at the edges and grooves etched on their surfaces. The fluorescent properties of these acrylic sheets are especially noticeable in a well-lit room when the light entering a polished surface of the sheet transfers to the edges, where it reflects with a larger wavelength, emitting a glow. Versatile and supple in fabrication, fluorescent plexiglass sheets are a perfect fit for a variety of handcrafting and manufacturing applications such as product displays, decorative cube boxes, aquarium tanks, custom desktop computer cases, plant stands, engraved logos, light diffuser covers and many other art projects. Fluorescent plexiglass can be sawed, drilled, routed, laser cut, painted, silkscreened, and formed. All of our fluorescent plexiglass sheets are cast and come with paper masking.
